Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented PLM Operations Support Analyst to join our global operations team. This role is responsible for supporting Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) business processes and systems, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining process documentation, supporting system enhancements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with business, engineering, supply chain operations, product management, and IT teams worldwide to support critical product data processes throughout the product lifecycle.
This position provides an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and junior professionals seeking to develop expertise in enterprise systems, business process management, and semiconductor operations.
Key Responsibilities PLM Operational Support Provide day-to-day operational support for Aras PLM system and related business applications. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user issues while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Support business users with system processes, functionality, and best practices.
Monitor process and data quality, identifying opportunities for corrective and preventive actions. Support master data management and governance activities across product lifecycle processes.
Business Process
Analysis & Improvement Partner with global stakeholders to understand business needs, identify gaps, and improve operational processes. Analyze existing workflows and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and user experience. Apply continuous improvement methodologies to simplify, standardize, and optimize business processes. Perform root cause analysis on recurring operational issues and drive sustainable corrective actions.
System
Enhancements & Change Management Gather, document, and validate business requirements for system enhancements and process improvements. Collaborate with IT and development teams to support modifications to workflows, validations, system rules, user roles, permissions, and configuration changes.
Participate in solution design discussions and provide functional recommendations.
Support implementation and deployment of new features and enhancements. Testing & Quality Assurance Create and execute test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities. Validate system enhancements and configuration changes against business requirements.
Document test results, defects, and resolution activities. Documentation & Training Develop and maintain business process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and knowledge articles. Create training materials and user guides to support system adoption and process compliance.
Deliver user training sessions and support onboarding of new users. Ensure documentation remains current with evolving business processes and system capabilities.
Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as a liaison between business teams and IT organizations. Provide technical guidance and process expertise to users and stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication regarding system changes, enhancements, and operational issues. Build strong relationships with global teams to support successful business outcomes.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications - Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Product Data Management (PDM), ERP,
or other enterprise business systems.
- Understanding of manufacturing, engineering, semiconductor, or technology industry processes.
- Experience with process mapping, business analysis, or requirements gathering.
- Familiarity with workflow management, business rules, system validations, user roles, and access management concepts.
- Exposure to testing methodologies including UAT and functional testing.
- Experience working with data analysis and reporting tools.
