You will be accountable for commercial execution as well as the overall operational performance within your assigned geographic scope on a daily basis.
Additionally, you will leverage your expertise to design and implement business, commercial, and customer-focused operational strategies.The work model for the role is: HybridThis role supports the Pulp, Paper & Fiber and Mining & Minerals businesses in Mexico and reports to the North American Business Line Managers for these markets.Key Responsibilities:Ensure the integrated commercial and operational success of the organization, driving business growth, market share, and achievement of performance objectivesDevelop, implement, review, and consistently execute the business commercial strategy, industry segment strategy, go-to-market model, and customer-focused operations strategy, with full ownership of financial and non-financial targetsEnsure a sustainable and efficient value chain, from supplier to customer, and from order to delivery (products, projects, and services)Drive productivity optimization and capital efficiency, with a strong focus on profitability, demand analysis, cost-to-serve, channel profitability,
