Client Success Advisor - GRC

We are seeking an experienced ClientSuccess Advisor who will not only drive the adoption and retention of our platform but also uncover new growth opportunities for our key clients.

Mode: Hybrid in Guadalajara

️ Two days at home and three days in the office

️ English: Advanced

What will be your mission?

- You will configure andadapt our solution to perfectly meet each client's business objectives.
- You will thoroughly evaluate GRC needs and challenges, proposing strategic solutions.
- You will ensure clients understand and maximize their use of the platform, identifying and mitigating risks of low adoption.
- You will collaborate closely with the Product, Customer Success, Support, and Sales teams to continuously improve our platform based on client experience.
- You will proactively share the latest GRC trends and regulations, positioning yourself as an expert for our clients.





What are we looking for in you?

- Ability to guideclients toward tangible business value and build strong relationships (internal and external) to achieve it.
- Minimum 5-10years in client-facing roles within the legal,audit, risk, or compliance industries.
- Solidunderstanding of the GRC domain, regulations, standards, and experience with industry-specific software.
- Outstanding skills in interacting with all levels, translating technical concepts into business language.
- Strong ability to analyze complex problems and create solutions that automate and generate value.
- Proficient in managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment, prioritizing efficiently.
