As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting surgeons and healthcare professionals throughout the adoption and use of our robotic surgical platform. You will provide clinical training, technical support during procedures, and collaborate with hospitals to ensure successful implementation and outstanding customer experience.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with leading surgeons, participate in clinical education initiatives, support research activities, and contribute to the continuous evolution of one of the most advanced surgical robotic systems in the market.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver clinical and technical training to surgeons and operating room teams.
- Provide on-site support during robotic-assisted surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with hospitals to ensure successful system implementation and utilization.
- Build strong relationships with surgeons, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs),



and clinical teams.
- Support clinical education programs, workshops, and scientific events.
- Collect customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous product improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related healthcare field.
- Experience in the medical device industry, operating room environment, or clinical support.
- Experience with robotic surgery is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Mexico.
- English proficiency is preferred.
