Uline is hiring an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee Monterrey's Accounting operations and support our continued growth as a leader in shipping and industrial supplies.

Position Responsibilities
Manage daily Accounting and Accounts Payable operations, with a focus on strong internal controls and process efficiency.
Coach and develop team members, building a culture of accountability, growth and high performance.
Oversee key Accounting areas such as fixed assets, leases, cost accounting, freight and cash.
Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and efficient reporting.
Lead the company's response to external audits, coordinating requests to deliver timely responses.




Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
CPA preferred.
10+ years of Accounting experience with 5+ years proven leadership skills.
Bilingual (English / Spanish) - 100% in both verbal and written forms.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Oracle G/L or similar systems a plus.
