Manage and improve HR service delivery to ensure efficient and high-quality outcomes.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour regulations and internal policies across all HR operations.
Oversee HR systems and processes to drive accuracy and efficiency.
Partner with stakeholders to align HR services with business needs.
Develop and mentor the HR team to achieve strong performance.
Use HR data and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Work with integral teams to maintain consistency in HR practices.
Perfil buscado




A successful GBS HR Services Manager should have:
Proven experience in HR SSC, preferably in a regional or multi country environment.
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong knowledge of HR processes, service delivery models, and labour regulations.
Demonstrated ability to guide and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with HR systems (e.g., Service-Now, Success-Factors or similar).
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
