Role Overview

- We are seeking a CRM Developer to customize, configure, and extend CRM platforms to support sales, marketing, and customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities:




- Configure and customize CRM modules, workflows, and dashboards.
- Develop integrations between CRM and third-party systems.
- Automate business processes within the CRM platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related technical issues.
- Support data migration and quality initiatives within the CRM.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience developing on a CRM platform.
- Strong understanding of CRM data models and business workflows.
- Experience with API-based integrations.
- Familiarity with sales, marketing, and customer service processes.

Technical Stack / Tools:
- Salesforce (Apex, Lightning) or HubSpot / Dynamics 365.
- REST/SOAP APIs.
- JavaScript.
- ETL/integration tools (MuleSoft, Zapier).
