Lead the overall accounting and cost management function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely month-end and year-end closings, proper inventory valuation, cost control, and compliance with applicable accounting standards and corporate policies.
Define and lead the organization's overall financial strategy, ensuring that financial, operational, and growth objectives are achieved in alignment with the corporate plan.
Oversee and coordinate the Finance, Accounting, Costing, FP A, Tax, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and IT teams, ensuring efficient operations, strong internal controls, and alignment with business objectives.
Develop and consolidate financial and tax budgets, while closely monitoring performance against targets and recommending adjustments when deviations occur or business strategies evolve.
Ensure the timely and accurate generation of financial information, providing key analyses to support informed decision-making aligned with the company's vigente performance.
Identify operational, financial, and internal control risks, proposing and overseeing preventive and corrective actions to safeguard business stability and performance.
Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting and tax regulations, while promoting the proper implementation of international accounting standards such as IFRS and U.S. GAAP, when applicable.
Maintain ongoing communication with executive leadership and corporate stakeholders, presenting financial results, performance reports, and forecasts in a clear, concise, and strategic manner.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

More than 5 years of management experience within multinational manufacturing companies operating in Mexico.
Proven experience leading teams across Finance, Accounting, Costing, FP A, and Tax functions.
Hands-on experience applying IFRS and U.S. GAAP standards.
Experience with SAP and Power BI is preferred.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills.
