- Lead the daily execution of HR operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance.
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and social security processes.
- Manage labor relations, union interactions, and employee relations matters.
- Ensure compliance with Mexican labor, tax, and social security regulations.
- Lead recruitment activities for operational and administrative positions.
- Drive training, performance management, and employee development initiatives.
- Monitor and improve HR KPIs, labor costs, and workforce planning.
- Oversee employee services, including transportation, cafeteria, uniforms, and workplace amenities.
- Lead and develop the HR operations team, fostering high performance and continuous improvement.
- Implement process optimization, automation, and operational excellence initiatives across the HR function.
- Coordinate with government authorities (IMSS, STPS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT) and support regulatory audits.
- Support plant leadership by ensuring an exceptional employee experience and uninterrupted HR service delivery.
The Successful Applicant A Successful HR Manager Should Have
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Minimum 5 years leading HR operational teams in manufacturing environments.
- At least 3 years of experience within the automotive industry (OEM or Tier 1).
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations with +2,000 employees.
- Strong knowledge of Payroll, Labor Relations, Mexican Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT.
- Experience managing recruitment, training, employee services, and performance management.
- Proven leadership, people development, and continuous improvement mindset.
- Advanced English proficiency.
