The adecuado candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement.

Responsibilities

- Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees

- Assist management in conflict resolution

- Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company

- Act as an HR Business Partner to business leaders.

- Execute talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation, and employee relations processes.

- Oversee and directly execute HR processes when required.

- Develop and track Human Capital metrics and KPIs.

- Onboard new employees and manage immigration documents, taxes and benefits packages

- Execute the Talent Strategy:



Support the implementation of projects to enhance our talent pipeline and address key opportunities.

Support Workforce Planning: Lead succession and workforce planning efforts, helping to develop leadership talent across the business.

- Facilitate Change: Drive change management initiatives and improve processes to align with organizational goals.

- Build Strong Relationships: Foster connections with key stakeholders and HR colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

- Drive organizational culture and development initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor legislation.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree

- 8 years of experience in HR or related field

- Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills

- At least 4 years of experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner, creating, implementing, and managing HR processes.

- Experience in the automotive industry or in growing national companies.

- Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
