Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive, experienced, and adaptable HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join us in our Mexico City office. In this role, you will be the core driver of our HR operations and people management locally. As the pioneering HR team member in Mexico, you will handle full-cycle HR operations alongside key office administrative duties, bridging local execution with general business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Management
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage full-cycle recruitment for local technical, business, and operational roles to support rapid team expansion.
Employee Relations & HR Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Mexican labor laws (LFT), local tax regulations, and social security benefits (IMSS, Infonavit, SAT).
Performance & Compensation: Partner with global HQ to roll out local performance management, compensation structures, and employee incentive programs.
Culture & Engagement: Build a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture that aligns with Qifu's global vision and local team needs.
Office Administration & Operations
Manage day-to-day office operations, vendor relations, procurement, and office supplies for our Mexico City site.
Oversee admin logistics, office entry permits, vendor contracts, and routine administrative expenses.
Assist in organizing team-building activities, company events, and cross-border visitor logistics.
Key Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist or HRBP experience, ideally within fast-growing tech, FinTech, or multinational companies.
Language Skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory as you will report to and collaborate closely with cross-border/HQ teams. Spanish native speaker. (Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus, though not required).
Administrative Capability: Comfortable taking ownership of administrative and office management tasks alongside core HR responsibilities.
Legal & Compliance Knowledge: Deep understanding of Mexican Federal Labor Law (Ley Federal del Trabajo), payroll basics, and local compliance requirements.
Mindset: Highly self-driven, adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity in a startup/fast-scale environment, and possesses strong interpersonal skills.
