About the Role We're looking for someone hungry and eager to grow with us as a HR Business Partner to lead and manage our people strategy as we scale. You'll be the first dedicated person on our People team, taking ownership of all HR functions to build and strengthen our organizational culture and talent. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Own the full recruitment lifecycle—from identifying talent needs and designing job profiles to sourcing, interviewing, and closing top candidates. Build a strong employer brand to attract the best talent to miituo. Strategic HR Planning Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives. Identify talent gaps, plan headcount, and contribute to organizational scaling.

Talent

Development & Learning Design and implement career development programs, training initiatives, and performance management processes that help our people grow and thrive.

Employee

Relations & Culture Foster a positive workplace culture, manage employee relations, handle conflict resolution,



and implement policies that support a collaborative and inclusive environment.

People

Operations & Administration Manage employee records, onboarding processes, benefits administration, and ensure smooth HR operations across the organization.

Compensation & Benefits Administer compensation structures, benefits packages, and wellness programs that attract and retain top talent.

Required Experience & Skills - Minimum 3 years of HR experience, ideally with scaling startups or high-growth companies.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to build trust across all levels.
- Experience implementing culture and engagement programs.
- Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken). Nice to Have - Experience with digital recruitment and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent).
- Background in the fintech industries.
- Data-driven approach to HR analytics and reporting.
