Each day, you will mentor and coach teams to achieve operational excellence and drive improved results.
You will also showcase your expertise by deploying and leading projects to improve and sustain local business performance.The work model for the role is: contributing to the NEMA Motors division in Tlajomulco de Zuñiga, Jalisco.
Integral relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.You will be mainly accountable forDrive the deployment of continuous improvement and strategy execution by promoting a consistent approach and best practices across the organization.Partner with leadership teams to achieve measurable improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Cost, and People performance while meeting business objectives.Foster a culture of continuous improvement by increasing awareness, commitment,
