About Our Client An international manufacturing company based in Mexicali.

- Develop and execute the overall maintenance and facilities strategy for a complex manufacturing operation.

- Ensure maximum reliability, availability, and performance of critical assets and utilities.

- Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.

- Drive automation, digitalization, and operational efficiency initiatives across maintenance and facilities functions.

- Manage critical utilities including electrical systems, HVAC, compressed air, water systems, and building infrastructure.

- Lead capital projects, infrastructure upgrades, expansion initiatives, and sustainability programs.

- Develop and coach multidisciplinary technical teams while fostering accountability and execution.

- Manage maintenance budgets, contractors, and external service providers.

- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.

The Successful Applicant

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance and facilities management.





- Previous experience as a Maintenance Manager, Facilities Manager, Engineering Manager, or similar leadership role is required.

- Strong background in maintenance strategy, asset reliability, utilities management, and continuous improvement.

- Proven experience leading technical teams and driving organizational change.

- Experience supporting manufacturing growth, operational expansion, or infrastructure development projects.

- Advanced English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Project Management certifications (PMP or equivalent).

- OSHA training/certifications.

- Knowledge of ISO standards, RBA, CTPAT, and other compliance frameworks commonly used in world-class manufacturing environments.

- Experience within electronics, aerospace, automotive, or advanced manufacturing industries.
