Level 1 Customer Service Representative (Voice) Position Type: 12-Month Contract We are seeking a customer-focused Level 1 Customer Service Representative (Voice) to provide exceptional support to users through phone and email channels. In this role, you will assist customers with account inquiries, payment-related concerns, transaction issues services while delivering accurate, professional, and empathetic customer service in a fast-paced environment. Assist customers with application status, payment schedules, repayments, declined transactions, billing inquiries, and account-related questions.

Document customer interactions accurately and manage support tickets using CRM systems. Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalate complex issues to Level 2 Support when necessary. Ensure compliance with company security, data privacy, and business conduct policies.

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a voice and/or email support environment. Proficiency in Spanish (written and verbal)

Basic

English communication skills are required to collaborate with internal teams, understand documentation, and support business operations.
