Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS SCM Manufacturing Functional Consultant with 10–12 years of experience implementing, supporting, and optimizing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12.2.12 Supply Chain and Manufacturing solutions. The adecuado candidate will have deep functional expertise in Oracle Manufacturing and SCM modules, partnering with business stakeholders, solution architects, technical teams, and project managers to deliver end-to-end ERP implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and support.

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory Requirements

- 10–12 years of Oracle EBS SCM Functional Consulting experience.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12.2.12 is mandatory.
- Strong functional expertise in:
- Manufacturing (BOM, WIP, Routing, Cost Management)
- Inventory Management
- Purchasing & Procurement
- Order Management
- Warehouse Management
- Supply Planning & Demand Planning
- Quality Management
- Shop Floor Control
- Experience with at least 3 full-cycle Oracle EBS R12.2.12 implementation or upgrade projects.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes:
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)




- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Plan-to-Produce
- Forecast-to-Fulfill

Technical Knowledge

- Oracle EBS integrations
- Data migration and conversion
- SQL (preferred)
- Oracle Reports/XML Publisher (preferred)
- API and EDI integrations (preferred)

Preferred Experience

- Experience with Oracle EBS R12.2.12 upgrades, implementations, rollouts, and support.
- Experience working in global manufacturing organizations.
- Industry experience in Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, Aerospace, Engineering, Heavy Equipment, or Process Manufacturing.
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud SCM migration or coexistence is a plus.
- Experience with Agile project delivery.
