Power BI Developer

We are looking for a Power BI Developer to join our Enterprise Data Analytics team. The person in this role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports that support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Hands-on experience connecting Power BI to multiple data sources, especially SAP integrations, is required.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models in Power BI.
- Configure and manage connections to various data sources, including SAP and other enterprise systems.
- Implement scalable, high-performance data models.
- Transform and analyze data using Power Query, M language, and DAX.
- Design intuitive and visually compelling dashboards aligned with business needs and UX best practices.
- Configure security roles and implement Row-Level Security (RLS) in Power BI.
- Administer PowerBI.com solutions, including workspaces, apps, and publication processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional BI solutions.




- Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience developing and administering Power BI solutions.
- Proven experience integrating Power BI with SAP and other enterprise systems.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

What We Offer

- Competitive salary up to MXN $55,000 gross per month
