senior manager, supply chain continuous improvement (latam)

we are looking for a senior manager, supply chain continuous improvement to lead the deployment of our supply chain operating system across manufacturing operations in latin america. This role will drive operational excellence, improve end-to-end supply chain performance, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business results.

key responsibilities

- lead the deployment of supply chain operating system and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites.
- drive lean supply chain transformation through kaizen events, value stream mapping (vsm), pfep, kanban, and other lean methodologies.
- identify and execute initiatives focused on inventory reduction, lead time improvement, working capital optimization, freight savings, and service level enhancement.
- partner with supply chain, operations, manufacturing, finance, and logistics teams to improve end-to-end supply chain performance.
- facilitate workshops, training sessions, and continuous improvement events while coaching site leadership teams.
- support strategic planning, annual operating plans, and productivity roadmaps for the region.
- develop and implement best practices across multiple plants, ensuring standardization and operational excellence.
- monitor project execution, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure sustainable results.
- act as a change agent,



promoting a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.

qualifications

- bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, operations management, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain, continuous improvement, operational excellence, or industrial engineering within manufacturing environments.
- strong experience implementing lean supply chain methodologies.
- solid knowledge of supply chain processes including planning, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, transportation, s&op;, and working capital.
- experience leading cross-functional and multi-site improvement initiatives.
- strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- advanced english required.
- apics, cscp, cpim, lean six sigma certifications are a plus.
- availability to travel up to 70%.
