position summary

as a strategy & operations consultant to support strategic, operational, and transformation initiatives for u.s.-based healthcare clients. This role requires strong analytical skills, structured problem‑solving, and the ability to convert complex data into actionable recommendations. The idóneo candidate bridges strategy and execution , thrives in high-pressure environments, and delivers measurable impact.

what you’ll do:

- conduct financial, operational, and performance analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
- develop analytical models and apply consulting frameworks (mece, hypothesis-driven thinking, issue trees).
- participate in end-to-end transformation projects, from diagnosis to implementation.




- prepare and deliver executive-ready presentations and reports in english.
- translate data insights into strategic recommendations.
- manage deliverables, progress tracking, and workstream coordination.
- collaborate with cross-functional teams in mexico and the u.s.
- maintain a high level of ownership, accountability, and professional ethics.

who you are:

education & experience:

- 2–3 years in consulting, business analysis, transformation, or related roles
- bachelor’s in finance, economics, industrial engineering, business, data analysis
- strong analytical skills + advanced excel
- excellent communication & storytelling (english c1+)
- structured thought process and strong ownership mindset.
