RESRG Automotive is seeking you to join our team as a Benefits Manager in our Irapuato, GTO facility!

This role supports employees by providing guidance on benefits-related matters, managing vendor relationships, analyzing benefits data, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Administer and oversee employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, wellness, and related benefit offerings.
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations related to benefits administration.
Support healthcare reporting and benefits data management activities.
Analyze compensation and benefits data to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
Partner with HR and business leaders to recommend improvements that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience administering employee benefits programs and supporting leave management processes.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.

~ Experience supporting global or multi-site organizations.
