We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic Project Leader to join our Program Management team. In this role, you will lead cross-functional project teams through the NPI (New Product Introduction) lifecycle, driving industrialization efficiency and maximizing product net income.

General Objective

To manage the end-to-end execution of electronic manufacturing projects. You will serve as the primary interface for key cross-functional team members, ensuring that quality, cost, and lead-time requirements are fully achieved from the industrialization phase through to the product’s End of Life (EOL).

Key Responsibilities

- Project Controls & NPI: Create, control, and execute NPI project timelines while strictly adhering to the corporate Project Management and Validation process (Project Phase Reviews and document management systems).
- Budget & Financial Oversight: Monitor Tooling and NPI budgets during industrialization. Track project net income evolutions and proactively propose optimization strategies to improve the net income of products in mass production within your customer perimeter.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate the project team, plan resource requirements, and hold regular progress meetings with representatives from each department to guarantee correct implementation.
- Commercial Support:



Write Engineering Change Request (ECR) commercial offers following established corporate processes, and provide necessary technical elements to Key Account Managers (KAM) or Sales Managers for commercial proposals.
- Lifecycle Management: Ensure a precise, correct execution of the project End of Life (EOL) phase, validating that all final customer requirements are met.

Requirements & Competencies

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, with a strong preference for candidates coming from the Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry.
- Technical Knowledge: solid understanding of Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plan), Problem-Solving methodologies, and familiarity with IPC-A-610 standards.
- Languages: Fluent English (both spoken and written) is mandatory due to frequent collaboration with integral stakeholders.
- Soft Skills: Proven leadership capabilities, assertive communication, high emotional intelligence, negotiation skills, and a strong analytical mindset.
- Tools: Prior experience working with SAP environment is highly preferred.
