Responsibilities - Administrative duties include data entry, daily phone and email communication - Responding to incoming calls and handling appropriately - Answer calls and accommodate drivers with repairs that truck or trailer needs on the road - Assisting drivers on the road with truck breakdowns over the phone - Organizing on the road assistance with vendors throughout the USProviding coverage for colleagues when needed - Various other support functions as assigned Requirements - Knowledge of tractor, trailer functions: 2 years (Required) - Basic knowledge of truck & semi mechanical functions: 2 years (Required) - Previous maintenance or breakdown assistance experience: 2 years (Required) - Proficient in spoken and written ENGLISH (must)
