We are expanding our team and are currently looking for a Sales Manager ESS , with Remote work. (Interviews will be in English) Job Responsibility Capturing arising market opportunities 1.

- Acquisitions of new customers

- Management of existing customers
- •Increase revenues, profitability and cash flow for the company according to established KPIs

- Support marketing activities and market communications

5.

- Building and demonstrating understanding of the market and industry

6.

- Development and implementation of action plans for reaching the quarterly and annual targets of the company

7.

- Frequent business travel to visit existing and potential clients (min 30%)



Qualification Criteria Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Economics, Master would be an advantage 1.
- Good understanding of the local ESS market

2.

- A minimum of 3-4 years successful B2B sales experience ideally in ESS/PV/ Solar industry but also in related industries (electronical applications, energy, etc.)

- Proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles (existing customer base)

- Result-driven approach and ability to work autonomously

5.

- Strong negotiation, communication and organization skills

6.

- Strong problem solving, analytical and technical skills as well as intercultural skills

7.

- High reliability and ability to work under pressure

8.

- Enthusiastic, dynamic, self-motivated and excellent teamwork

9.

- Willingness/ability to travel on a regular basis

10.

- Very good English language skills (spoken and written). Portuguese is a must.
