Senior Manager, Engineering (Remote – Mexico) We are seeking new talent to join our growing Technology organization!!

As we continue expanding our Engineering team in Mexico, we're looking for an experienced Senior Manager Engineering to lead high-performing software teams and help drive the next generation of scalable technology solutions. What you'll do

- Lead multiple software engineering teams (10–15+ engineers) across different product areas.
- Drive engineering excellence through Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software development practices.
- Partner with Product, Architecture, and Design teams to define technical strategy and deliver business impact.
- Coach, mentor, and develop engineering leaders and software engineers.
- Improve software quality, scalability, performance, and operational excellence.
- Lead platform modernization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage engineering metrics, resource planning, and delivery execution.
- Collaborate with globally distributed teams across the organization.

What we're looking for

- 5+ years of experience leading software engineering teams.




- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience leading multiple engineering teams within multinational or global technology organizations.
- Strong background building cloud-based applications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD, GitHub, and modern software engineering practices.
- Experience working with distributed and remote teams.
- Knowledge of software development in regulated environments (SOC 2, HIPAA) is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence technical direction while balancing business priorities.

Requirements

- English is a must (advanced/professional level).
- Must be based in Mexico.
