Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join its manufacturing leadership team. This is a highly visible, hands-on role that serves as a trusted business partner to site leadership, helping drive employee engagement, organizational development, and a high-performance culture. The idóneo candidate is a proactive HR leader with strong manufacturing experience who enjoys partnering with leaders to support business growth and workforce development.

Partner with site leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
Lead full-cycle recruiting and workforce planning efforts to attract and retain top talent.
Coach and support leaders on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
Maintain and communicate HR policies and procedures while ensuring consistent application.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
~5+ years of Human Resources leadership experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
~ Bilingual in English / Spanish.
~ Prior people management experience.
~ Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
~ HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
