The Role We are looking for our next Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Americas Talent Acquisition Team. In this role, you will serve as a strategic talent advisor, partnering with business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent across Mexico and the United States. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle while developing innovative sourcing strategies, strengthening employer branding efforts, and delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. This position is based in Quer e9taro, Mexico , and supports hiring across multiple business functions in both Mexico and the United States . What Youll Do Manage full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, manufacturing, engineering, and corporate positions across Mexico and the United States. Serve as the primary Talent Acquisition partner for assigned business groups, providing strategic recruiting guidance and workforce planning support. Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to local labor markets while leveraging a variety of recruiting channels, networking, and talent pipelines. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver proactive recruiting solutions. Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies for critical and hard-to-fill positions. Identify opportunities to improve hiring processes, reduce time-to-fill, and enhance the overall candidate and hiring manager experience. Utilize recruiting metrics, market intelligence, and talent analytics to provide insights, influence hiring decisions, and support workforce planning.



Promote Roquette's employer brand through social media, recruitment marketing, university partnerships, networking events, and community engagement activities. Ensure recruiting practices comply with local employment laws, company policies, and integral Talent Acquisition standards. Support Talent Acquisition initiatives, projects, and process improvements that strengthen recruiting capabilities across the Americas region. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion by building diverse candidate pipelines and promoting equitable hiring practices. What Youll Need Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred. Experience Minimum of five (5) years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience supporting multiple business functions or geographic regions. Experience recruiting across both Mexico and the United States strongly preferred. Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruitment for a high-volume and/or complex requisition portfolio. Experience partnering with business leaders as a strategic advisor to develop hiring strategies and workforce plans. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment marketing, employer branding, and talent attraction strategies. Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS), Linked In Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.



Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage recruiting metrics and labor market data to drive decision-making. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required. Travel This role requires approximately 10% travel with occasional travel to the United States to support business and Talent Acquisition initiatives. Work Environment This position is primarily office-based with flexibility for a hybrid work arrangement, depending on business needs. Periodic travel to manufacturing sites, career fairs, universities, and other recruiting events is required. Position Type / Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position.
