Job Purpose

Ensure compliance with quality standards in processes and products through the implementation and monitoring of controls, problem analysis, and continuous improvement within the automotive operation.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor quality processes and controls.
- Analyze and resolve internal and external quality issues.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor quality and performance indicators.
- Participate in internal and external audits.
- Follow up on non‑conforming products and containment actions.
- Prepare quality reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Suppliers for continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Quality Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in quality within the automotive or manufacturing industry.

Technical Knowledge Required: Core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA); Automotive quality systems (IATF 16949); Root cause analysis and problem‑solving; Interpretation of drawings and technical specifications; Quality KPI and reporting management; Quality audits and non‑conforming product management; Use of measuring instruments.

Other Requirements: English Level: Conversational / Business.
