The Role Hudson Talent Solutions is partnering with a integral leader in cross border money transfer and payment services to find an Onboarding Coordinator to support new hire onboarding in Puebla. This search covers two openings running in parallel, one remote position and one onsite position. In this role, you will own the onboarding process end to end, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every new hire. Work mode: 1 Remote position and 1 Onsite position (Puebla, Mexico) Compensation: $16,000 to $19,000 MXN monthly What You Will Actually Do Own the onboarding process for new hires from offer acceptance through their first weeks on the job Coordinate paperwork, background checks, and pre boarding requirements with candidates and internal teams Partner with hiring managers and HR to ensure a smooth, well organized start date for every new hire Maintain accurate onboarding records and track completion of required steps Serve as the main point of contact for new hires during the onboarding period, answering questions and resolving issues Identify opportunities to improve the onboarding process and candidate experience Who We Want You are organized,
