About the Role We're hiring an energetic, confident Caller / Lead Qualification Specialist to work our lead pipeline from first contact through the sales handoff. You'll spend your day on the phone — reaching new leads, nurturing warm ones, and re-engaging cold ones — with the goal of getting qualified customers in front of our Sales Managers. This is a high-volume calling role: expect 120–150 outbound calls per day. If you thrive on phone conversations and don't get rattled by rejection, this is built for you. What You'll Do Make outbound calls to new and existing leads Follow up with warm and cold leads to keep them engaged Understand each customer's project goals, timeline, budget,



and building needs Qualify leads and schedule appointments with Sales Managers Maintain accurate records in our CRM What We're Looking For Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation Comfortable with high call volume (120–150 calls/day) and objection handling Friendly, confident, professional phone presence Strong active listening and communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated Reliable internet and a quiet home work environment Prior experience in call centers, outbound sales, appointment setting, or customer service preferred CRM experience a plus (Hub Spot especially) Compensation & Bonus Base pay is $1,200 USD/month, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.
