We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Strategic Planning & Process Engineer to join our leadership team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This position plays a critical role in driving strategic initiatives, improving operational performance, and leading cross-functional projects that directly impact business growth. What You'll Do

- Support the development and execution of strategic business initiatives.
- Analyze operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead process improvement projects across multiple departments.
- Develop project plans, timelines, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Monitor project execution and measure results against business objectives.
- Evaluate staffing, production processes, inventory, and resource utilization to improve operational efficiency.
- Design and standardize operational procedures and best practices.
- Create executive dashboards, reports, and presentations to support leadership decision-making.
- Conduct process mapping, workflow analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies.
- Coordinate strategic projects while collaborating with operations,



engineering, finance, and leadership teams.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Strategic Planning, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, process improvement, project management, or operational excellence.
- Manufacturing or industrial experience is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Professional proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
