Key Qualifications

Proven experience as a surf instructor or surf guide.

Strong knowledge of ocean conditions, tides, currents, and water safety.

First Aid and CPR certification (preferred).

Excellent communication and guest service skills.

Positive, professional, and service-oriented attitude.

Advanced / Fluent English (required).
