Project Objective

Support the execution of communication, training, and adoption strategies for multiple initiatives.

Challenges for the Students

- Gain knowledge of change management methodologies.
- Develop communication, training, and adoption strategies.

Main Responsibilities And Activities To Be Carried Out

- Develop communication materials and toolkits.




- Create training materials.
- Measure and track adoption indicators and metrics.
- Support the creation of videos and scripts.

Specific Requirements / Qualifications

- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Basic understanding of change management methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Innovative mindset.
- Creative thinking.
- Active listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and Copilot.
- Preferred: Knowledge of multimedia software.
