Responsibilities

- Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to launch and grow our presence in the Mexican market, targeting key industrial sectors.
- Client and Distributor Management: Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with industrial clients, distributors, and major companies in Mexico.
- Sales Leadership: Supervise and coordinate national sales activities, ensuring sales objectives are met and exceeded.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work with internal teams to create tailored marketing and promotional strategies for the Mexican market.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations to adjust growth strategies as needed.
- Head Office Communication: Maintain regular and clear communication with the head office, providing updates on market trends, sales performance, and operational challenges to align strategies and ensure mutual goals are met.

Requirements

- Located in Mexico
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing,



Sales, or a related field.
- Languages: Fully bilingual in Spanish and English, with exceptional communication skills in both.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales, ideally within the industrial vehicles, heavy machinery, or industrial technology sectors. Experience in opening and growing new markets is essential.
