We are looking for a Total Rewards Analyst to join our team in CTS Aguascalientes, supporting employees across the United States and Canada.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations related to employee benefits, rewards programs, and employee experience initiatives, while interacting directly with employees and stakeholders across North America.

This is a great opportunity for recent graduates who want to start their career in a general organization and gain exposure to international HR operations.

Key highlights of the role:

- Manage employee queries related to US & Canada benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, rewards, etc.)
- Support employee experience initiatives and annual benefits enrollment cycles
- Coordinate with vendors, brokers, and internal HR teams
- Ensure accurate documentation, reporting,



and service KPIs
- Work closely with stakeholders across North America

What we are looking for:

- Bachelor’s degree completed (Business, HR, or related fields)
- Advanced conversational English (required) – you will interact daily with employees in the US & Canada
- Around 6 months to 1 year of professional experience (internships or early career roles are welcome)
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Interest in HR operations, benefits administration, and employee experience
- Basic knowledge of Excel and digital tools
