Job Overview

The Equipment Service & Maintenance team adds value by planning and executing assigned maintenance processes, ensuring completion and documentation. They analyze technical problems on site, perform maintenance procedures or repairs as per plan, oversee or execute ramp‑up, set‑up, and starting procedures to prepare machines and equipment for operations, contribute to installation projects, and support Industrial Engineers. They also maintain technical documentation of processes and equipment.

Responsibilities

- Provide routine technical maintenance in an assigned technical area (production or logistics) with various machines.
- Serve inbound, FAQ‑based first‑level customer service for incidents occurring regularly on an assigned application, equipment type, or production line.
- Utilize solution patterns (technical procedures, methods, tools, and instructions) effectively.
- Follow work instructions, maintenance, and repair procedures to provide reliable service.
- Document work and results in the systems.
