About the Role

Accounts Payable Analyst – Brazil – Works within the General Business Services team to support Brazil accounts payable operations. This hybrid role is based in Guadalajara and reports to the Accounts Payable Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute end‑to‑end accounts payable activities, including invoice processing, payment support, expense review, and vendor account management.
- Review and verify invoices and financial documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and internal controls.
- Support payment file preparation, advances processing, and resolution of payment‑related issues.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross‑functional teams to resolve inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
- Participate in month‑end and year‑end closing activities, audit support, and SOX compliance requirements.
- Monitor operational performance, identify process improvement opportunities, and support automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation while ensuring compliance with established service level agreements (SLAs).

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, economics, commerce, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in accounts payable, treasury, procurement, or other finance‑related functions.
- Experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience is highly preferred.




- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.
- Fluent Portuguese (written and spoken) is required.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
