Role Description The UHP Mechanic (2500 Bar System) is a full-time, on-site role based in Mexico City, Mexico. This role is responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of ultra-high-pressure (UHP) systems up to 2500 bar, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation in line with Axess Group’s HSEQ standards.

Day-to-day tasks include performing scheduled preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and hydraulic issues, replacing or refurbishing components, and documenting all work in maintenance logs and reports. The mechanic collaborates with operations and HSE teams, supports equipment mobilization and demobilization for projects, and ensures compliance with relevant technical procedures and safety regulations. The role may involve occasional work at client sites,



adherence to permit-to-work systems, and participation in toolbox talks and safety meetings.

Qualifications

- Strong mechanical skills in maintenance and maintenance & repair of UHP systems and related equipment.
- Experience with preventive maintenance planning and execution for high-pressure and heavy equipment.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues on UHP systems.
- Hands-on experience working with heavy equipment in industrial or energy-sector environments.
- Knowledge of safety standards and HSEQ practices applicable to high-pressure systems and industrial worksites.
- Technical diploma or vocational training in mechanics, industrial maintenance, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service documentation.
- Basic computer skills for maintenance reporting and use of digital asset management tools.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
- Physical ability to perform hands-on work, including lifting, working in confined spaces, and standing for extended periods, with appropriate accommodations where required.
- Previous experience in oil and gas or industrial maintenance environments is an advantage.
- Willingness to follow strict safety procedures and participate in ongoing training and certifications.
