Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity constraints.
- Monitor work-in-progress and ensure timely completion of production orders.
- Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure material availability.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and prioritize urgent orders.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities and generate reports for management.
- Support ERP/MRP system updates and ensure data integrity.
- Participate in daily production meetings and provide status updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Qualifications





- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or control in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
