MTech Systems is a global leader in software solutions for animal protein production, serving customers in 50+ countries. We're looking for a Senior Accountant to support our growing Mexico operations and collaborate with international finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Accounts Payable, expense reimbursements, and vendor payments.
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and support month-end close.
- Assist with financial reporting, revenue recognition, and compliance activities.
- Coordinate with payroll, tax, and accounting providers.
- Ensure compliance with Mexican tax, accounting, and labor regulations.
- Support process improvements, internal controls, and ERP initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.




- 6–9 years of accounting experience, ideally in multinational companies.
- Strong knowledge of AP, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.) is a plus.
