Responsibilities

- Execute MRP-driven procurement and manage exceptions proactively.
- Follow up on deliveries and ensure supplier commitments are met.
- Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records.
- Evaluate supplier performance and drive corrective actions.
- Keep track of price increases per commodity.
- Evaluate best freight options.
- Support supplier communication for order status and issue resolution.
- Lead RFQs and negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms.
- Analyze cost trends and support cost reduction initiatives.
- Manage inventory levels aligned with production and customer demand.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Planning, Quality, Engineering).
- Support audits, supplier qualifications, and compliance initiatives.
- Comply with purchasing policies and procedures.





Qualifications

- Professional degree in Engineering, Business, International Commerce or related field.
- Ideally 4 to 5 years of experience in the position.
- Computer skills (Office, Excel, Power Point and other application programs).
- Proficient in MRP/ERP and data analysis (SAP, ORACLE, KINAXIS).
- Knowledge of MedTech / regulated environment preferred.
- Experience in trade compliance and logistics is a plus.
- This position requires advanced communication and negotiation skills.
- Advanced English level.
