Lead and oversee the Accounts Payable team, ensuring day‑to‑day operations run smoothly and performance targets are met.

Drive process efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives, implementing best practices to streamline AP workflows and reduce cycle times.

Ensure full compliance with internal policies, controls, and external regulations related to Accounts Payable.

Maintain strong operational involvement, supporting issue resolution, escalations, and hands‑on problem solving across the AP process.

Build and manage relationships with key suppliers, ensuring timely resolutions and service level adherence.

Monitor, analyze, and improve KPIs to enhance productivity, accuracy, and overall AP performance.





Coordinate internal and external audits related to the AP function.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align financial and operational processes.

Prepare financial reports and analytical insights to support strategic decision‑making

Perfil buscado

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Advanced experience in Accounts Payable processes, including hands‑on operational execution.

Proven ability to drive efficiencies and optimize end‑to‑end AP workflows.

Proficiency with ERP systems and financial analysis tools.

Strong team leadership skills, capable of managing daily operations and complex projects.

Ability to work under pressure, solve operational issues, and support escalations effectively.

Advanced English, both spoken and written.
