The Project Procurement Specialist supports the execution of procurement activities for large, complex customer projects delivering industrial equipment for critical data center infrastructure. Reporting to the Project Procurement Leader, this role is embedded within cross-functional project teams and is responsible for detailed procurement execution, supplier coordination, and supply risk tracking in support of on-time customer deliveries.

Support the Project Procurement Leader on data center projects by tracking daily activities, risks, suppliers, and ensuring alignment with project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Track procurement tasks, risks, and mitigation actions
Monitor suppliers, dependencies, and logistics constraints
Maintain dashboards and support executive reporting
Analyze data to identify emerging risks

Provide reporting support to leadership

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
5–7+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain
Experience in risk tracking and data analysis
Advanced Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (Oracle, MRP)

Advanced English proficiency
