We are currently looking for finance professionals ready to grow in a dynamic, global environment. Full-time permanent contract
Location: Parque Industrial Tecnoparque (Zona Norte)

Leadership & team management: oversee GL accountants, drive performance and KPIs
General Ledger, month-end close, financial reporting
Solid knowledge of IFRS and general accounting standards
Ensure compliance with PCAOB/internal controls and audit requirements
Stakeholder management and process improvement in a shared service environment
Advanced English (required)
Portuguese is a plus, but not mandatory

✅ Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
~5+ years of experience in General Ledger / Accounting roles (SSC or multinational environment preferred)
~ Strong knowledge of General Ledger, month-end closing, and financial reporting
~ Experience working with internal controls and PCAOB compliance frameworks
~ Advanced English (mandatory) ; Portuguese is a plus (especially for Team Leader)
