In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing partnerships with logistics service providers to support business growth and operational excellence. You will work cross-functionally to drive partner acquisition, optimize operational performance, and develop scalable solutions that strengthen our last-mile network.

This is a highly dynamic position that combines business development, operations, analytics, and stakeholder management, offering significant ownership and visibility across the organization.

Lead end-to-end partner acquisition, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and onboarding.
Build long-term relationships with logistics partners, identifying opportunities to improve operational performance and business growth.
Support partners in developing workforce acquisition strategies, improving recruitment channels, and optimizing operational capacity.
Analyze operational and commercial performance to identify trends,



risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Develop action plans based on data insights to improve service quality, productivity, and partner performance.
Monitor key operational KPIs and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure business objectives are achieved.
3+ years of experience in Business Development, Partner Management, Supplier/Vendor Management, or Commercial Operations.
~ Experience negotiating commercial agreements and developing strategic partnerships.
~ Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into operational improvements.
~ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
~ Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
~ Intermediate to advanced English level.
