Senior Manager, Supply Chain Continuous Improvement (LATAM)

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Continuous Improvement to lead the deployment of our Supply Chain Operating System across manufacturing operations in Latin America. This role will drive operational excellence, improve end-to-end supply chain performance, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the deployment of Supply Chain Operating System and Continuous Improvement initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Drive Lean Supply Chain transformation through Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), PFEP, Kanban, and other Lean methodologies.
- Identify and execute initiatives focused on inventory reduction, lead time improvement, working capital optimization, freight savings, and service level enhancement.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, and Logistics teams to improve end-to-end supply chain performance.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and continuous improvement events while coaching site leadership teams.
- Support strategic planning, annual operating plans, and productivity roadmaps for the region.
- Develop and implement best practices across multiple plants, ensuring standardization and operational excellence.
- Monitor project execution, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure sustainable results.
- Act as a change agent,



promoting a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Industrial Engineering within manufacturing environments.
- Strong experience implementing Lean Supply Chain methodologies.
- Solid knowledge of Supply Chain processes including Planning, Inventory Management, Warehousing, Logistics, Transportation, S&OP;, and Working Capital.
- Experience leading cross-functional and multi-site improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Advanced English required.
- APICS, CSCP, CPIM, Lean Six Sigma certifications are a plus.
- Availability to travel up to 70%.
