About the Role:

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented E-commerce Live Streaming Intern to support our in-house product live streams. You will be actively involved in representing our brand, presenting key product features to live audiences, and managing day-to-day stream execution to boost brand awareness and direct sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Presentation & On-Air Support: Deeply understand the company’s product line; support live sessions as a co-host or floor manager to demonstrate key product features, answer customer inquiries in real-time, and drive purchase intent.
- Stream Operations & Setup: Handle pre-stream planning, product lineup, promo code setup, and sample preparation to ensure a flawless broadcasting environment.
- Audience Engagement & Community Management:



Drive live chat interaction, handle customer objection queries, and foster a welcoming, brand-aligned live room atmosphere.
- Data Review & Content Support: Assist in capturing key live metrics (views, retention, conversion) and cutting highlight clips from streams for product marketing reuse.

Qualifications:

- Current undergraduate or graduate student in Marketing, Communications, E-commerce, or business-related fields.
- Strong product comprehension and quick learning agility to master our brand’s unique selling points (USPs).
- Confident in front of the camera or managing fast-paced live environments with excellent communication skills.
- Passionate about direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce and live shopping trends.
