Sales Manager ESS

JinkoSolar (NYSE: JKS) is one of the world’s largest solar module manufacturers. We distribute our solar products and sell our solutions and services to a diversified international utility, commercial and residential customer base all over the world. We are expanding our team and are currently looking for a Sales Manager ESS , with Remote work. (Interviews will be in English)

Job Responsibility

Capturing arising market opportunities

1. • Acquisitions of new customers
2. • Management of existing customers
3. •Increase revenues, profitability and cash flow for the company according to established KPIs
4. • Support marketing activities and market communications
5. • Building and demonstrating understanding of the market and industry
6. • Development and implementation of action plans for reaching the quarterly and annual targets of the company
7. • Frequent business travel to visit existing and potential clients (min 30%)





Qualification Criteria

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Economics, Master would be an advantage

1. • Good understanding of the local ESS market
2. • A minimum of 3-4 years successful B2B sales experience ideally in ESS/PV/ Solar industry but also in related industries (electronical applications, energy, etc.)
3. • Proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles (existing customer base)
4. • Result-driven approach and ability to work autonomously
5. • Strong negotiation, communication and organization skills
6. • Strong problem solving, analytical and technical skills as well as intercultural skills
7. • High reliability and ability to work under pressure
8. • Enthusiastic, dynamic, self-motivated and excellent teamwork
9. • Willingness/ability to travel on a regular basis
10. • Very good English language skills (spoken and written). Portuguese is a must.
