SAP EWM - Lead (Manager) / Energy Sector

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Consultant with 6+ years of hands-on experience, preferably within the energy industry. The idóneo candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing SAP EWM solutions that optimize warehouse and inventory management processes tailored to the unique needs of energy sector companies. The candidate also must have experience with IM (Inventory Management) and a MRP background is highly appreciated.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementations, enhancements, and support projects in energy-related environments.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and translate business needs into effective SAP EWM processes.
- Configure and customize SAP EWM modules focusing on inbound/outbound processing, warehouse stock management, physical inventory, and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SD, PP).
- Provide expertise in warehouse operations and inventory optimization specific to the energy sector.
- Demonstrate expertise in IM (Inventory Management).
- Troubleshoot complex issues, analyze root causes, and recommend practical solutions.
- Conduct workshops,



training, and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users and junior consultants.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices within SAP EWM implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and data consistency across SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience as an SAP EWM Consultant, with proven project experience in the energy industry.
- Strong knowledge of SAP EWM processes and integration with other SAP modules.
- Experience with warehouse management operations, logistics, and supply chain in the energy sector is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with business users and technical teams.
- Experience with SAP MRP (Material Requirements Planning) is highly appreciated.
- SAP EWM certification is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required by project demands.
