Responsibilities
Ensure all Business Unit products comply with customer expectations, legal and safety standards.
Develop and implement action plans to improve quality control processes, ensuring all products conform to design specifications.
Analyze failing products, find root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid producing defective products.
Lead the quality team to identify material defectiveness and potential defect causes, and prevent them.
Monitor and evaluate current production processes.
Lead efforts to maintain the Quality System and ensure compliance with all ISO standards and audits.
