**Job Description**:
Job Summary
Costing & Inventory Accounting
Be responsible for product cost calculations, validations, and system updates.
Analyze and handle Product Purchase Variances (PPV).
Prepare statutory inventory reports and safeguard data accuracy.
Supervise inventory transactions and general ledger reconciliations.
Conduct Cardex reviews and generate inventory-related reports for supported markets.
Ensure timely and detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities aligned with reporting standards.
Controls, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
Ensure the proper implementation of accounting policies and the reliability of Coasting data.
Lead the identification and resolution of issues.
Contribute to the design and improvement of controls related to inventory accounting.
Promote process simplification, perfection, and compliance through metrics and actions.
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new or processes.
Leadership & Partner Management
Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to the costing team.
Cultivate a collaborative, high-performance environment focused on continuous improvement.
Build strong relationships with cross-functional and cross-regional partners.
Encourage transparent communication and alignment with all team members.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Skills & Competencies
Strong background in product costing and inventory management, ideally within large or multinational organizations.




Experience leading teams and working in a General Business Services / Shared Services environment is highly valued.
Sophisticated proficiency in Excel and hands-on experience with SAP Hana.
Ability to work under tight deadlines, particularly during month-end close cycles.
Work Location & Shift Pattern
Santa Fe, CDMX.
8:00am to 5:00pm
Hybrid, 2 days remote 3 days in the office.
